A player may send a booking request without payment. The Game Master reviews it first; payment is collected only after acceptance through Guildspark’s protected checkout.

Booking and Refund Policy
The baseline cancellation and refund rules for paid DM Services on Guildspark.
Pre-launch draft: This policy version (2026-08-10-draft-1) is being prepared for professional legal review before Guildspark’s public launch.
Player cancellation
Cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled session for an automatic full refund. Later cancellations and no-shows are not automatically refundable, but staff can review exceptional circumstances.
Game Master cancellation
If a Game Master cancels, Guildspark issues a full refund to the player’s original payment method.
Disputes
Contact Guildspark staff through the app before filing a payment dispute when possible. Payment disputes and chargebacks are handled through Stripe and may affect payouts while reviewed.
